Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu MATE 19.04 ()
2. Select Minimal installation
3. Wait installation to be finished.
4. Login to system and find LibreOffice in Dash or in terminal.

Expected results:
* Minimal installation should not include LibreOffice 

Actual results:
* Minimal installation includes LibreOffice but it does not function.

Additional info:

    $ libreoffice 
    /usr/bin/libreoffice: 174: exec: /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/oosplash: not 

   The list of installed LibreOffice packages contains 3:

    $ dpkg -l | grep libreoffice
    ii  libreoffice-common                    1:6.1.4-0ubuntu1                  
  all          office productivity suite -- arch-independent files
    ii  libreoffice-style-colibre             1:6.1.4-0ubuntu1                  
  all          office productivity suite -- colibre symbol style

 and the .desktop file came from `libreoffice-common` package.
